Application of these Terms
Those who use our shop are deemed to have agreed and consented to all of these terms.
Prohibited act
The following acts are prohibited at our shop.
- Acts that violate laws and ordinances, or acts that are related to or encourage criminal acts.

- Multilevel marketing transactions, similar businesses, and related businesses.
- Acts that may cause inconvenience to other customers, neighboring residents, or other facilities.
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the shop, promotions, advertisements, solicitations, and sales activities that are not permitted by the shop.
- Smoking, drinking alcohol, or making noise inside the store or on the premises of the store.
- Leaving garbage brought in, bringing pets, using dangerous materials.
- Use exceeding the specified number of people without prior consultation, extension without permission, unauthorized use.

- Other acts that the shop deems inappropriate.
In the unlikely event that any of the above acts cause damage or disadvantage to our shop, we will charge an amount corresponding to the damage.
Filling in the membership application form and consent form when registering as an address member

About security cameras
Our store has security cameras installed as part of security and infectious disease countermeasures.
Please note that we may check the footage of the security cameras installed in the store as necessary in order to understand the entry and exit, whether there is a violation of the rules, and the implementation of disinfection and temperature measurement.

Handling lost items
If you forget something, it will be disposed of after storing it for one month from the date of discovery. If you have forgotten something at our store, please contact us immediately.
Exemption from responsibility for injuries, accidents, etc.
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, thefts, troubles between users, etc. that occur in the store or in the parking lot contracted by our store.
